An OSA Story

This short-form documentary takes the viewer inside the heart (and belly) of Osa Restaurant in Middletown, Connecticut. Here they embrace a farm-to-table philosophy featuring innovative dishes and masterly crafted cocktails that are “elevated, but accessible”.

We meet co-owners Kevin Wirtes and Rich Garcia, along with head chef Andre Pelliter who provide us some of the inspiration behind this culinary experience.
