Our friends Rich and Kevin left their “9-5” jobs and set out to establish a unique restaurant offering in the small town of Middletown, CT. Their vision was to create a Woodfired Pizza and Bourbon Bar, a gastro-pub concept built on leveraging the “blank canvas” of a pizza crust, from which endless culinary possibilities existed. Paired with an expertly selected and extensive collection of Bourbons, and other fine spirits as well as a collection of local craft brews, we wanted their identity to reflect the craft and care that went into all of these decisions.
The crest lockup is the most recent evolution of their branding. One year after rollout we wanted to extend the logotype into something that would translate into other collateral, including shirts, hats, and a custom wooden stamp.
